This drama portrays the life of three different girls, Park Jae-kyung (Park Sol-mi), Han Yeol-mae (Sung Yoo-ri) & Lee Yeon-hee (Kim Hye-ri), who will struggle through life to achieve goals and ambitions in the harsh world. Each girl possesses a different personality, but must go through the same trials to find success. 

As they find there ambitions and dreams, they also find hardships and love on the way. Although gender inequality may block their paths, these girls will show that women now play a big part in the business world. 

Piao Zai Jing (played by Park So Mi), Han Re Mei (played by Song Yoo Ri) and Li Lian Xi (played by Kim Hye Ri) are very good friends. They acknowledge each other as "sisters".

Piao Zai Jing works for Home Plaza, a supermarket chain. She has a boyfriend, Li Ren Ju (played by Lee Jung Jin) but they broke off when she found that Ren Ju betrayed her in getting his promotion. Zai Jing, who did not get promoted, was transfer to their branch in Ren Chun City as the Manager. She was having a hard time working with her subordinates there. Her assistant, Jin Xin Hao (played by Park Kyung Hyen) is not co-operative and all the rest of the staff are very selfish. Xin Hao got closer to Zai Jing after he saved her when she was trapped in between two compactus while checking stocks. With Xin Hao leading the team, the working environment improved and they came in top in the chain of Home Plaza Supermarkets.
Xin Hao fell in love with Zai Jing after going through many hardships together.

Li Ren Ju thought he was the son of Jin Ying Shou, Chairman of Home Plaza but Ying Shou never acknowledge him. He plotted to take revenge on Ying Shou with Mr Ben, Managing Director of Home Plaza whose aim was to take over the Home Plaza chain. Ren Ju's mother Zhao Ying Shun died after being sick for many years and from the things she left behind, Ren Ju found letters, Ying Shun wrote to Ying Shou returned unopened. Ying Shun said she had to deserted her boyfriend, Ying Shou because she was raped by Li Shi Zhen, whom she later married. She was tortured by Shi Zhen because in his eyes, he thinks Ren Ju is Ying Shou's son but in actual fact Shi Zhen is Ren Ju's biological father. 

Han Re Mei is an orphan working in Home Plaza Supermarket. Her boyfriend, Luo Feng Chu (played by Lee Jong Su) has been living on Re Mei for three years. She supported him, paying for his food, rental and tuition fees. When he finally found a job in Home Plaza's Marketing Department, he fell in love with the Departmental Head, Wu Zhen Hua (played by Ye Ji Woo). Feng Chu tried to show off, he bought a car using his credit card to pay for the monthly installments. He broke off with Re Mei. 

Li Lian Xi is happily married to Quan Ze Shou (played by Kim Byung Se) with their only daughter, Ai Li, 3 years old. Ze Shou is working in the Senior Management in Home Plaza. Lian Xi was shocked to find out that Ze Shou has been seeing Wu Zhen Hua, his colleague. After promising Lian Xi, he will not flirt, Ze Shou continues again and again. Lian Xi vowed to take her revenge.

Zai Jing, Re Mei and Lian Xi helped each other to take revenge on their men. 

Ren Ju was caught by the police passing the Company's business plan to a rival company. Zai Jing plotted the whole event with Xin Hao. Xin Hao proposed to Zai Jing before she leaves for further studies and Zai Jing accepted it.

Lian Xi's aunt, Jin Shan is a rich fashion designer. She acted as Re Mei's long lost mother and showed Feng Chu that Re Mei has become rich. Feng Chu abandoned his plans to go after Wu Zhen Hua and tried very hard to go back to Re Mei. Trying to get into the "good books" of Jin Shan, Feng Chu bought many things with his credit card. He was heavily in debt to the credit card company and during the engagement ceremony, Re Mei told him that she is not going to get engaged to him. Re Mei saw him one year later, selling tissue paper in trains. By then, Re Mei was happily going out with Li Qing Mu, who has been learning to become a professional chef and most important, likes Re Mei very much.

Lian Xi posted intimate pictures of Ze Shou and Zhen Hua on the Notice Board in the head office of Home Plaza. Considered, unhealthy in the Korean culture, Ze Shou and Zhen Hua were dismissed immediately. Not knowing that Lian Xi plotted this, Ze Shou blamed Zhen Hua for disclosing it. With the help of Lian Xi's rich aunt, Jin Shan, Lian Xi proposed to Ze Shou a business that he can start and Lian Xi cheated Ze Shou of all his money, just leaving him with some living expenses. After one year, Lian Xi owes a bakery shop and lives happily with her daughter, Ai Li. Lian Xi saw one day that Ze Shou was flirting with another girl.
